9. Fees and charges for coaching services provided by catebales.com are subject to change from time to time. Cancellation fees are as follows:

• Cancellation of a coaching session within 24 hours will result in forfeit of full fees. Failure to attend a scheduled coaching or discovery session will incur full fee.

• Online products and programs are exempt from being refunded

• All sessions must be paid in full prior to the appointment time

• Payments are via Paypal (Credit cards are welcome) or bank transfer (Australian residents only)

• Any delay or late attendance to a scheduled session by the Client will finish at the nominated original time in order not to disadvantage other clients who are booked in.

10. You may only use the website for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the nature and purpose of the website.

 

11. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Your continued use of our website following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments.
